SPOILERS. SPOILERS. SPOILERS. SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FOR THE BATMAN GAMES.
I don't know when i started playing Arkham Asylum, but I stopped and came back to it during winter. The game is so amazing, and in a week, I beat it. Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy did amazing jobs voicing the Joker and Batman. Harley Quinn was awesome. The characters had great designs. Scarecrow scared the crap out of me. From seeing my brother play it like a year or so ago, I know that Scarecrow's dream sequences are a bit creepy. When I was approaching the level with my first encounter with Scarecrow, I was scared. I was in the morgue, and ghosts or something were screaming 'get out of here!' It really freaked me out. So, I stopped playing when the sequence started.
About an hour later, I wanted to play again and face Scarecrow. So, I did. It was scary, but as you go further into it, it stops being so scary.
The character that gave me the most problems was Poison Ivy. She was sticking roots into the ground, sending transfixed guards after me, and shooting poison at me. I died like five or six times before I beat her.
Another part that gave me problems was Killer Croc from when you're in the sewers. It's hard to explain, but as I'm getting closer to the exit after I get all the spores for Titan Antidote, a small cut scene plays, and Batman turns around as Killer Croc is approaching. I have no idea why he turned around, so I try to press w to go forward, but I end up going towards Croc. So I have to turn around and then run. I started memorizing his lines when you die. "TICK, TOCK, FEED THE CROC!" "I WILL ENJOYING FEASTING ON YOUR BONES!"
It took me a few tries to defeat Titan Joker, but I got it! lol
After finishing AA, I started Arkham City. Which is just as good, if not better than AA. It's more challenging, and there are a lot of side missions. Fighting Penguin was simple, but Freeze was a bit more difficult. Two Face is in the game, but unless you play Catwoman you don't see much of him. Ivy is in the game, but like Two Face, you have to play Catwoman to interact with her. The difficult part of the game was fighting 'cured Joker' since Mr. Hammer, a Titan, and a few henchman are fighting you as well. After like 4 tries, I finally got it. I JUST WENT CRAZY AND STARTED BEATING EVERYONE UNTIL I WON! MWAHAHAHAAHAAAA! Anyway, then you go save Talia from the Joker after your fight, and you get to the theater, and it turns out the 'cured Joker' is not the real Joker at all. Joker never got the cure for Titan poisoning his blood (Batman also has it because he put his blood into Batman). Turns out 'cured Joker' is really Clayface, and you have to fight him. Pretty easy battle. Before she gets killed, Talia gives you the cure she had stolen from Harley so she couldn't give it to Joker. Batman drinks about half of it after his fight with Clayface. Joker tries to dive into the Lazarus pit, but is stopped by Batman. He screams at him to give him the cure, and that Batman can't live without him. Batman goes on about how if he gives him the cure, Joker will just do this all over again. Joker gets pissed and grabs Batman from behind. Batman drops the cure, and it shatters. Joker tries to lick the fallen cure, but it's too late. Batman says "wanna know something funny. Despite everything you've put me through, I still would've saved you." Joker responds with "That is... pretty funny." And laughs and laughs until he dies with a smile on his face. Batman carries his fallen foe out of the theatre and sets him on a police car. Harley breaks down in tears. After that, the credits roll. During the credits, Joker sings "Only you," to who I assume is Batman. lol (on a voice mail three hours before his death) And Harley sings "Hush little baby, don't say a word, mama's gonna kill for you the whole damn world." If you go to the office in the steel mill, you see a pregnancy test with a positive sign next to Harley's old nurse's costume from the previous game. There's speculation upon whether or not the Joker is really dead. If you go back to the Steel Mill after his death, you can still hear his laughter. And Clayface's Joker trophy has two Jokers, sick and cured Joker, having fans believe that the Joker that died was really Clayface. But who knows? That would be super cool!! I love the Joker. lol Well, those were probably two of the best games I have ever played.
